AGE CATEGORIES
Each tour or activity has age guidelines for adults, children, and infants. Please refer to each package for details.

WHO CAN JOIN OUR TOURS?
Sightseeing tours and transport services are suitable for all ages.
Fun activities generally accommodate ages 2–70, depending on health and fitness.
Adventure tours vary by activity; specific age and health information are provided in each package.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Casual clothing or a T-shirt is recommended.
For wet activities, please bring a change of clothes.

TOUR EQUIPMENT
All equipment meets international safety standards for your comfort and safety.

WHO OPERATES THE TOURS & ACTIVITIES?
Tours are operated by Bali Max Tours’ driver-guides and vehicles.
Some tours and activities are managed by our trusted partners who share our service and safety standards.

BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak holiday seasons like Christmas, New Year, and school holidays.
Bookings can be made directly via our website.

PRICES & PAYMENT
Full payment is required to confirm your booking, with credit card payment options available.
Prices may vary depending on booking date, duration, and other factors.
Some prices include taxes and service charges; others exclude additional costs like tips or add-ons.
Please verify the total cost and applicable terms in your confirmation email.
If you cancel before paying in full, any payments made will be refunded minus reasonable administrative costs.
Refunds for cancellations (minus applicable charges) will be processed once verified by our team.
Refunds are generally issued as electronic vouchers first, with details provided by our customer service team.

RESCHEDULE & CHANGES

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 1 day (24 hours) before the tour/activity date, subject to availability.

Participant Changes: You can adjust the number of participants up to 24 hours in advance. Reductions after this period are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations:

Free Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the activity.

Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.

Provider Cancellations:

If Bali Max Tours must cancel due to weather, safety, or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No Shows:

No refund for no-shows. If you wish to reschedule for another day, a 50% surcharge applies as a goodwill gesture.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Payments via Stripe:
Refunds for bookings paid with Stripe will be issued back to the original credit/debit card used for the booking. The process typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

Payments via PayPal:
Refunds for bookings paid with PayPal will be processed back to the PayPal account used for payment. Processing time generally takes 3–5 business days.

TOUR INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you have travel insurance for your trip.
Tours and activities are also covered by operator insurance for your safety.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover personal circumstances and emergencies.
